Clearly, transformation is a word that is utilized quite often. Once again, the idea of an organizational transformation is often reliant more on theory than professional practice. Unfortunately, there are far too few examples of organizations that truly commit to a deep and sustainable transformation. For this discussion, describe what it means for an organization to transform fully. How is transformational change different than other levels of change? Be specific in your examples in reflecting on the reading.
