Briefly present the knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics (KSAOs) needed to perform each of the identified job tasks/functions.
Discuss how the job description or the job analysis provides the necessary information to determine what selection methods (resumes, initial requirements, tests, interviews, assessments) are appropriate to evaluate the critical KSAOs.
