Read a description of Mr. Z CaseOfMrZ.docx (See file attachments), who is presenting for psychological assessment and treatment. Formulate hypotheses about biopsychosocial and cultural factors that may contribute to his presenting complaint, and use those hypotheses to develop an initial treatment plan. Describe your hypotheses and initial treatment plan in 500-750 words.

Criteria for Success:

Identify Mr. Z’s presenting complaint (~1-2 sentences).
Describe predisposing, precipitating, perpetuating, and protective/positive factors for Mr. Z using biological, psychological, sociological and/or cultural perspectives.
Propose an initial treatment plan for Mr. Z that targets one or more of his predisposing, precipitating, perpetuating, and/or protective/positive factors. Be sure to explain the rationale for your proposed treatment plan.
