Using an organisation, you are currently working at / worked in the past / or any other company you
are familiar with, investigate the following:
1. How modern trends in sales and marketing are changing the customer perception and expectations in selected industry?
2. Why or why not selected organisation consider introducing (or improve) digitalisation in sales and marketing by using SOSTAC framework?
Justify your answer using examples, theories and concepts to support your line of argument.
