Using your annotated bibliograpy and your sources, create an in-depth subject outline for your paper or presentation. My topic is Miranda V. Arizona
Your outline should include:
1. The thesis or argument you intend to make about your topic (the exclusionary rule is good or bad for criminal justice; the Miranda warnings are too vague; or certain reforms are needed to avoid wrongful convictions, for example);
2. A series of subheadings that provide the framework for your discussion, with at least sketches of your discussion for the paper or presentation;
3. An overview of the topic, notes on specific facts and data that reflect your study of current knowledge in the field, and the evidence that supports your thesis.
